I declare that all information given by me in this application and all supporting documents are correct and complete. I will immediately inform the University of any change in my personal details.

I understand that the personal information I have provided may be released to government agencies as required by law. I further understand that it may be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of processing my application.

I understand that submission of incorrect information may result in cancellation of any offer or enrolment by the University or terminate my studies at any stage.

I acknowledge that the University reserves the right to alter any course, subject, admission requirements, staffing, other arrangements or fees without prior notice.

I hereby agree to abide by all regulations and procedures laid down by British University Vietnam if I am successfully registered as its student.

3. Incomplete information and/or applications without copies of supporting documentation, a photograph and the application fee will NOT be considered. Missing information can delay or prevent the processing of your application.
4. You need to bring all original documents when submitting your application. These original documents may be requested for review. Originals will be returned after checking.
5. You may apply for a maximum of two programmes, but will only be admitted to one programme.
6. You will be considered for admission to British University Vietnam if you meet our minimum entry requirements. The University reserves the right to accept or reject an application without explanation.
7. Please note that BUV reserves the right to postpone intakes into programmes until there are sufficient numbers to form a viable course.
8. The application form and supporting documents are non-returnable.
9. A non-refundable application fee must be paid before your application is processed. The deposit fee for promotion scheme (if any) will not be refunded in cash in any form but will be deducted from the tuition fee. Payment should be made by bank transfer to BUV’s account at Standard Chartered Bank or Join Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam.
10. The fee in VND is applied for students who are Vietnamese nationals, foreign nationals who hold a temporary residence card, or foreign nationals whose parents hold a temporary residence card naming the student as a dependent. Certified copy of residence card must be provided to qualify accordingly. The fee in US$ is applied for international students who do not have a temporary residence card and only accepted via overseas bank account transfer.
11. The Student Recruitment Office will send you a letter to confirm receipt of your application and advising you of any outstanding requirements which must be submitted for consideration. Your application will be forwarded to Academic Department for assessment. The Admissions Officer will then advise you in writing of the outcome of your application.

1. Fully completed and signed Application.
2. 02 photographs (3x4cm) taken in the last 6 months.
3. 01 notarised and English translated copy of ID card or passport with a valid visa page.
4. 01 notarised and English translated copy of original high school graduation certifcate and other certifcate(s) (if applicable), together with a notarised English translation, if the document is not in English.
5. 01 notarised and English translated copy of the original academic transcripts of year 10, 11, 12 and other transcripts (if applicable).
6. 01 notarised copy of IELTS or TOEFL certifcate. IELTS and TOEFL English tests must have been taken within 24 months of the preferred Intake date.
7. 01 notarised copy of Vietnam residence card for international students.
8. If you are applying for Credit Transfer or Accreditation of Experiential/Prior Learning (APL), you will need to complete Exemption application form and the form is available in the Academic Offce.The form will be considered and the Academic Offce will confrm the result to you. An administrative fee will be charged before application processing.

1. Hồ sơ cần điền đầy đủ thông tin và sử dụng chữ IN HOA.
2. Điền (☑) vào ô trống chứa thông tin thích hợp hoặc điền N/A nếu không có thông tin phù hợp.
3. Hồ sơ thiếu thông tin và không có đầy đủ các giấy tờ kèm theo, thiếu ảnh thẻ và thiếu lệ phí nộp hồ sơ sẽ được coi là hồ sơ không hợp lệ. Việc thiếu các thông tin trong hồ sơ có thể dẫn đấn việc chậm trễ trong quá trình xét duyệt hồ sơ của thí sinh.
4. Người xin xét tuyển cần đem theo tất cả giấy tờ gốc khi đến nộp hồ sơ. Bản gốc sẽ được trả lại sau khi đối chiếu. Thí sinh có thể đăng ký tối đa hai khóa học, nhưng sẽ chỉ được duyệt một khóa học.
5. Người xin xét tuyển có thể được tuyển chọn vào trường Đại Học Anh Quốc Việt Nam nếu đáp ứng các điều kiện tuyển sinh.
6. Trường Đại Học Anh Quốc Việt Nam có quyền chấp nhận hoặc từ chối hồ sơ xin xét tuyển của thí sinh mà không cần đưa ra lý do.
7. Trường Đại học Anh Quốc Việt Nam có quyền tạm hoãn kỳ nhập học cho đến khi đủ số lượng sinh viên tối thiểu cho một chương trình học.
8. Hồ sơ xin xét tuyển và các tài liệu đính xèm sẽ không được trả lại.
9. Lệ phí xét duyệt hồ sơ sẽ không hoàn trả và phải được thanh toán trước khi hồ sơ được xét duyệt. Phí đặt cọc giữ ưu đãi (nếu có) sẽ không được hoàn trả bằng tiền mặt dưới mọi hình thức mà sẽ được trừ vào học phí Đại học. Việc thanh toán sẽ được thực hiện qua chuyển tiền vào tài khoản của Đại Học Anh Quốc Việt Nam tại Ngân hàng Standard Chartered Bank hoặc Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại thương Việt Nam.

Học phí bằng Việt Nam Đồng áp dụng cho sinh viên Việt Nam hoặc sinh viên nước ngoài có thẻ lưu trú tạm thời tại Việt Nam, hoặc sinh viên nước ngoài mà bố mẹ có thẻ lưu trú tạm thời, trên thẻ đó có ghi tên của sinh viên là người sống cùng bố mẹ. Sinh viên nước ngoài được áp dụng lệ phí tiền Việt Nam Đồng cần nộp bản sao của thẻ lưu trú cho nhà trường trước khi chuyển tiền. Học phí bằng Đô la Mỹ áp dụng cho sinh viên quốc tế không có thẻ lưu trú tại Việt Nam và học phí phải chuyển qua tài khoản ngân hàng từ tài khoản nước ngoài.
11. Người xin xét duyệt sẽ nhận được giấy biên nhận nộp hồ sơ từ Phòng Tuyển sinh và được hướng dẫn nộp những giấy tờ cần bổ sung trước khi hồ sơ của thí sinh được xét duyệt. Hồ sơ xin nhập học sẽ được gửi đến Phòng Đào tạo để xét duyệt. Bộ phận xét duyệt hồ sơ sẽ gửi đến thí sinh kết quả xét tuyển.

1. Đơn xin xét tuyển đầy đủ thông tin và chữ ký xác nhận.
2. 02 ảnh thẻ cỡ 3x4cm chụp trong 6 tháng gần nhất.
3. 01 bản sao công chứng dịch tiếng Anh Chứng minh thư nhân dân hoặc Hộ chiếu với trang Thị thực còn hạn.
4. 01 bản sao công chứng dịch tiếng Anh bằng tốt nghiệp Trung học Phổ thông hoặc bản sao các chứng chỉ tương đương khác (nếu có).
5. 01 bản sao công chứng dịch tiếng Anh bẳng điểm (học bạ) lớp 10, 11, 12 hoặc các bảng điểm tương đương khác (nếu có).
6. 01 bản sao công chứng chứng chỉ IELTS hoặc TOEFL. Bài khi IELTS và TOEFL phải thi trong vòng 24 tháng trước ngày bắt đầu nhập học.
7. 01 bản sao công chứng của thẻ tạm trú/ thường trú tại Việt Nam đối với sinh viên quốc tế.
8. Nếu sinh viên muốn được miễn một số môn học thì cần điền vào đơn xin miễn môn học tại Phòng Đào tạo. Bộ phận xét duyệt hồ sơ sẽ nghiên cứu đơn và trả lời sinh viên trong thời gian sớm nhất.Sinh viên sẽ được yêu cầu đóng lệ phí xét duyệt cho yêu cầu này.
